What we keep

When a find's page is viewed, or someone clicks through to a store or shares a find, we count it, with the time and how they got there, such as a WhatsApp link. We don't tie that count to you.

If you report a find, we keep what you picked and any note you wrote, so please leave personal details out of the note.

The companies that host this site keep ordinary server logs, which include the address your device connects from.

Cookies and photos

This site sets no cookies of its own for shoppers. Photos of finds load from each store's own site, so the store can see that your browser asked for them.

Links to stores

Our website contains some affiliate marketing links, which means we get paid commission on sales. It doesn't change the price you pay, and what goes up here isn't influenced by advertisers or affiliate partnerships.

We use Skimlinks for these links. When you click through to a store, the link goes by way of Skimlinks' Link Wrapper, a third-party tool it uses to earn referral fees from links, for as long as we have it turned on. Outside the UK and EMEA, Skimlinks also stores or reads a third-party cookie called t_gid, which lasts a year. It uses that to optimize, personalize, analyze and recommend content. Affiliate networks may set cookies of their own, and they aren't Skimlinks' processors or subprocessors.

The Skimlinks Group is the controller of the personal data it processes when providing these links. You can read about that in its privacy policy, see its list of cookies and opt out.

Once you're at a store, its own privacy policy applies.
